We offer choices for people not wishing to part with detailed information through an electronic medium. Seminars may be booked by post and notifications of seminar details may be posted.

There is no registration required in order to use this website.

Information Collection and Use

Stephen Roberts Safety Training Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Booking details

We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and postal address). This information is used for billing purposes but if we have trouble processing an order, or need to inform a customer of a change in circumstances this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. At present no financial information (like credit card number and expiration date) is collected through this web site.

No part of our site is password protected - no cookies are set, therefore we do not store any information on your computer or retrieve any; other than using normal log files (see below).

Log Files

We currently use the information from log files to track users' movements around our site only. Although IP addresses are logged, they are not in any way traced. Other information gathered through log files includes your browser and operating system type, pages visited, time spent at our site, path taken through the site, and (if applicable) the URL that referred you to this site. With very few exceptions this information is not traceable to an individual or company.

Sharing

The only information, gathered through the internet, that is used outside this company is the output of the log files which is shared with our web site designer.

Persons wishing to unsubscribe from our mailing list should e-mail us quoting the e-mail address which they wish to have removed.

Competitions

Any user deciding to enter a competition must provide a name and address for any prize to be sent to.
If a user does not wish to part with this information, they should not enter the competition.
